Support for the Sipeed Longan Nano board with TFT display

When using this board with RIOT, set the BOARD variable to sipeed-longan-nano-tft in your Makefile. If you follow the standard RIOT project structure, your Makefile should look like this:

The Sipeed Longan Nano TFT board is a version of the sipeed_longan_nano “Sipeed Longan Nano” development board that is equipped with a TFT display with the following on-board components:
