Fields§

§v_tc_fl: network_uint32_t

@brief Version, traffic class, and flow label

@details The version are the 4 most significant bits, the traffic class the 8 next bit, and the remainding 20 bits are the flow label (see above).

This module provides helper functions to set, get, and check these fields accordingly:

  • ipv6_hdr_set_version()
  • ipv6_hdr_get_version()
  • ipv6_hdr_is()
  • ipv6_hdr_set_tc()
  • ipv6_hdr_set_tc_ecn()
  • ipv6_hdr_set_tc_dscp()
  • ipv6_hdr_get_tc()
  • ipv6_hdr_get_tc_ecn()
  • ipv6_hdr_get_tc_dscp()
  • ipv6_hdr_set_fl()
  • ipv6_hdr_get_fl()
§len: network_uint16_t

< payload length of this packet.

§nh: u8

< type of next header in this packet.

§hl: u8

< hop limit for this packet.

§src: ipv6_addr_t

< source address of this packet.

§dst: ipv6_addr_t

< destination address of this packet.

Layout§

Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...) attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
